As the president of The Megro Corporation, Mr. Viola specializes in advising employers on group health, life and disability benefit funding methods, plan design, cost containment, flexible benefits, and state and federal compliance issues. Over the past decade, Mr. Viola has had extensive experience in the area of managed care, specifically developing plans for multi-state employers and negotiating pricing with various managed care companies.

Mr. Viola began his career in the Accident & Health division of CNA in Philadelphia then move to Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company in their personal life division. He started his agency’s group division in 1982 and formed the Megro Corporation in 1987

Mr. Viola holds a Chartered Life Underwrtier (CLU) designation in addition to an RHU & REBS. He received a B.S. in History and Education from Villanova University.

Mr. Viola is an active member of the Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome Association

He currently resides in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. He has a son Robert and a daughter Meg.
