Benchmark Survey results…compare your benefit plans with national survey information to evaluate the effectiveness of current plans and to knowledgably make future adjustments to keep benefits competitive and cost effective.

Install new plan administration…including education of the clients’ accounting and human resource staff in billing and administrative procedures of the new carrier(s).

Communication Strategies…a wide range of communication services to assist your employees understand and evaluate their benefit options, learn about plan features, and help them to appreciate the employee benefit package.
